Triax is constructed from a disassembled watch mechanism, rearranged to reveal a state of repetition.
Three elements of the automatic rotor are aligned in a vertical sequence, establishing a continuous mechanical rhythm. Each component retains its original surface: wear, tonal variations, and functional details remain visible, preserving the complexity of the gears that are normally hidden.
The crown, bridges, and structural connections are exposed, allowing for a direct reading of the system. The piece is not presented as a decorative object, but as a construction.
This design can be reproduced while maintaining its formal logic. Each piece is made from components available at the time of assembly, so the rotors, dimensions, and case may vary. The result retains the same structure, but is never identical.
