Processing Time
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted from reclaimed vintage watch parts and prepared with artisanal care. Orders are processed and ship within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options for domestic (United States) orders:
- Standard Shipping: $8.90 (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping: $16.90 (1-2 business days)
- Free Shipping: Orders $100+ (3-5 business days via Standard)All domestic shipments include tracking and are sent via USPS with premium sustainable packaging.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
International Orders
We currently ship to select international markets including Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, Netherlands, and Spain.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination
- Delivery time: 7-14 business days (customs may cause delays)
- All international orders include tracking
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Bitácora Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping insurance for high-value orders.
