Handcrafted & Unique Pieces
Each piece from Bitacora Collection is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, made from reclaimed vintage materials. Due to the unique nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.
Defects & Damages
We carefully inspect each piece before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item or discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us at collectionbitacoras@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
We will:
- Offer a repair at no cost, or
- Provide a replacement if available, or
- Issue a full refund
Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we cannot offer exchanges. Each item is unique and cannot be replicated. We recommend reviewing product detail and photos carefully before purchasing.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
